You’ll manage all aspects of the group home, and together with your team of Direct Support Professionals, you will foster belonging, independence, and connection for individuals with IDD.

Locations: Andover, Dracut, Haverhill, and Methuen, MA (Group home setting)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with on-call flexibility
Salary: $46,800–$52,264 annually

This is a more intentional, slower-paced setting where you can build real relationships, deliver individualized care, and focus on person-centered behavioral support—without the burnout of high-volume environments.

Merrimack Valley (Methuen & Haverhill)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Full-time, exempt
$80,000–$82,000 annually

Mileage reimbursement between sites
