We will continue to use the "Ballot Box" on our website www.douglascountyelections.com to share information about the election. This is an effort to give you a trusted source of information and combat the wrong information on social media. Sign up for the updates to hit your email when posted. Our use of social media will be limited as the guard rails for election information are removed from platforms.

The Douglas County Clerk serves as the County's Election Officer with the responsibility for the planning and operation of all elections held in the county (as required by Kansas Statutes and Administrative regulations), and maintains all records relating to such elections.

3:30 update, polls are active. All polling places open until 7 pm.

Reminder we are posting information on the "Ballot Box" located on our website as an effort to combat misinformation on social media. Quick important info. Polling places open from 7 am to 7 pm use the polling place lookup on our site to find where to vote. Also, contrary to rumors, ALL VOTERS can vote in this election for teh constitutional amendment.

We are posting information there that you know is coming directly from our office. Plus you can subscribe and receive the posts as soon as we add them. Really excited about new features on our website. The new data dashboard will let users explore the current voter registration data including lots of demographic information and can interact with the dashboard to filter by districts, precincts and demographic sets.

Additionally, we are launching the "Ballot Box" a blog where our office will post information, users can subscribe to the blog and get notices in their e-mail. As concerns have grown about election information on the internet, this will be a trusted place for updates from our office.

The Douglas County Clerk’s Office has launched two new online tools on its website – dgcoks.gov/elections – to provide residents with easy access to up-to-date voting and election information.

The Board of Canvassers met and approved the results and 270 provisional ballots were accepted. We have posted the official results

The Friday update has been posted. The next update will be after the county canvass on November 17th, 2025 which will be the official results.

The Thursday update has been posted with ballots received from the post office with postmarks on or before election day.
