I had the opportunity a few years back when serving as Mayor of the city to work with attorney Rodriguez. As director of a Federal grant from the US Department of justice, Richard gave 100% every day to the cause of helping people throughout this city. I know that Richard would bring the same enthusiasm and passion for the job of city councilor. I fully endorse his candidacy and know he will do a great job for the citizens in district A as well as the whole city of Lawrence.
