This notice serves to address several recurring concerns regarding the misuse of our facility's resources, which have become increasingly problematic over the past few months.
First, unauthorized use of our exterior water spigot has resulted in significant damage to our well and pressure tank. Due to the substantial personal financial burden of these repairs and associated utility costs, the water supply has been permanently deactivated. Please be advised that this facility is privately funded and does not receive county assistance for maintenance, utilities, or insurance. Should you need assistance with water, send us a message or contact one of our members. We will be glad to help.
Second, our dumpster is for private use only. Unauthorized disposal of refuse has led to capacity issues, requiring us to incur additional expenses to manage the overflow. We are monitoring these occurrences closely.
Finally, we have identified multiple unauthorized attempts to access the building. Enhanced security measures, including surveillance systems with real-time alerts, have been implemented to monitor the premises. We have documented the recent unauthorized entry attempts and illicit dumping and identified the individuals involved. Please consider this a final warning; any further incidents will be reported directly to the Sheriff’s Office for formal action.
