Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the incredible bravery shown on September 11, 2001.

We honor the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, 911 telecommunicators, military members, and countless everyday heroes who answered the call without hesitation—many making the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

May we always remember those we lost, honor those who served, and carry forward the unity and compassion our nation showed in the days that followed.

THANK YOU, COZY CABIN COFFEE! ☕️💛

We want to give a huge shoutout to Cozy Cabin Coffee for thinking of our dispatchers and showing some love to the people who answer the call 24/7!

Not only did they bless our dispatch center with coffee, but they also took the time to make a special thank-you post recognizing all first responders! ❤️

Those little acts of kindness mean more than you know. Being remembered, appreciated, and supported by our community makes a BIG difference to the men and women who work behind the scenes every day.

Thank you, Cozy Cabin Coffee, for keeping us caffeinated and reminding us that our community has our backs! ☕️💛

Please join us in recognizing Kayla Perrigin, Savannah Gonzales, and Micki Edgin for representing our organization at the 2026 Denise Amber Lee Foundation Conference!

The Denise Amber Lee Foundation is dedicated to improving public safety through education, training, and advocacy. The conference brings together 911 professionals, first responders, and public safety leaders to share best practices, strengthen emergency communications, and promote lifesaving skills that help dispatchers better serve their communities. Devastated by the loss, Nathan Lee founded the organization to turn his grief into action.

We’re proud of Kayla, Savannah, and Micki for investing in their professional development and bringing back valuable knowledge and ideas that will help us continue providing exceptional service to our community.

Thank you for your commitment to learning, growth, and excellence in public safety. We appreciate all you do! 💛
