🚨BGC Fall Break – Part 2: Safety First!🧯🌪️

Yesterday, our Fall Break Camp was filled with an important day of learning all about safety! Our youth had the opportunity to learn from Comanche Nation Fire & Injury Prevention, who demonstrated fire and tornado drills and taught our youth the importance of knowing what to do in an emergency.

We also focused on **online safety**, helping our youth understand how to stay safe, make smart choices, and protect themselves in the digital world. 💻🔒

At the Boys & Girls Club of the Comanche Nation, keeping our youth safe is always a priority!

Thank you Comanche Nation Fire & Injury Prevention for helping us prepare our youth with the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe at the Club, at home, and online.

Today, we introduced the “Tasiwoo Trading Post” to our CN BGC kids!

Some ways our kids can earn Tasiwoo tokens include doing a good deed, showing leadership, helping without being asked, demonstrating good grades, and being good citizens by getting involved in their community.

This fun, hands-on activity is designed to teach our kids the importance of financial literacy! They’ll learn how to budget wisely, save their tokens for bigger rewards, and practice making smart financial decisions.

We’re excited to help our kids build important life skills while learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and saving!
