🚧 TRAIL CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧
Starting Wednesday, October 21, the north recreation trail underpass at Highway 75 will be closed for infrastructure repairs.

Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting).

We ask all cyclists and pedestrians to avoid the work zone, respect the barricades, and utilize alternative routes. Thank you for your patience!

Attention Le Mars Residents: The Le Mars Water Department has announced its schedule for routine water main flushing.

🗓️ Flushing Schedule Breakdown

• North Side of Town: Flushing begins Monday, October 12th at 8:00 AM.
• South Side of Town: Flushing begins the following week on Monday, October 19th and is expected to take up to 2 weeks to complete.

🚫 Resident Restrictions (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

On the days crews are flushing in your specific area, please restrict your water use between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM:
• Do not wash clothes to prevent sediment from permanently staining fabrics.
• Minimize general usage and refrain from running any more water than absolutely necessary.
