🌳 Tumlinson Park Overlook Improvements Begin Thursday, October 15! 🌿
Block House Municipal Utility District is announcing improvements to the existing overlook behind the Luther Chance Ball Field at Tumlinson Park. Construction is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete.
The District is investing in more sustainable materials to improve the overlook and provide a safer, more durable space for the community to enjoy.
🚧 Please Help Keep Everyone Safe:
Stay clear of the construction area.
Keep children and pets away from construction tools and equipment.
Give the construction crew plenty of space to work safely.

🗑️ Jumano Bulk Trash Drop-Off – October 24
Block House MUD residents can dispose of eligible bulk trash at the Jumano drop-off on October 24 from 9 AM–2 PM, or until the dumpsters are full, whichever occurs first.
A current Crossroads Utility Billing bill is required at drop-off.
Please review the list of prohibited items before arriving. Mattresses and box springs are not accepted.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 17! Residents throughout the Block House community will be hosting yard sales at their individual homes.

📍 District signs will be placed at:
• Old Hwy 183 entrance
• Scottsdale entrance from the 183A Toll
• Creek Run & Block House Dr.

🚫 Please do not place yard sale signs on telephone poles or stop signs.

Grab your shopping bags and enjoy a day of community-wide yard sale shopping! 🏡🛒

🚫 Do not use low-water crossings when water is present.
🚫 Stay off washed-out or damaged park trails.
Turn Around, Don’t Drown. Never attempt to drive or walk through floodwater.
