Will you forgive us for talking about the holidays before Halloween? The Community Cupboard has released its list of most needed for the holiday season. In November and December, Cupboard shoppers get one ham or turkey per household and can choose from a variety of other holiday foods--and that's where you come in! Check out the list of holiday-themed foods we need, or choose some of our other needed items, too, that are always in high demand. Check out the list and make sure to check it twice!

Have you met Jerome Jerome IV? He grew up in Leavenworth and is now an EMT. When his schedule allows, he volunteers at the Upper Valley Free Clinic on Monday nights and is inspired by a model that helps anyone who needs it.

News, events and requests from Upper Valley MEND!

Free Flu Shots at the Community Cupboard on Wednesday, October 21st from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Adults only, please. No appointment necessary. Flu shots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Foot Clinic Saturday, October 24 (we have TWO providers now, so we can see more people!) Yes, the clinic is happening during construction at the Faith Lutheran Church - Leavenworth, WA!

Got any spare pumpkins in your garden? We could use them at the Community Cupboard! We're hoping to get some before Halloween for local families.

Donations (of any kind!) can be dropped off during the Cupboard's regular hours: Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
