Customers in the Cedar Bluff area, near the Crossover C to Tazewell County line, may experience low water pressure or a temporary water outage due to a water main leak.
Our crews are working diligently to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore normal water service.

10/20/26 BOIL WATER ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED FOR THE FINNEY AREA

10/13/26 -🚧 Water Service Update & Boil Water Advisory – Finney Area

Our crews are currently working to repair a main line leak in the Finney area. During repairs, customers may experience temporary water outages or low water pressure.

A Boil Water Advisory will be in effect for affected customers. Please boil water before using it for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or preparing food until further notice.

At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for completion. Our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to repair the leak and restore full water service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available, including when the Boil Water Advisory is lifted.

Due to a main water line break, customers in the following areas of Castlewood, Virginia are under a boil water advisory:
• Red Oak Ridge
• Church Street
• Campbell Street

Our crews are working diligently to repair the water line and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Residents in the affected areas have been notified. Until further notice, customers should boil all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and food preparation.
