🔑 Reentry is more than finding a job or a place to live.

For many people returning to the community after incarceration, the path forward can involve transportation challenges, treatment appointments, supervision requirements, financial pressures, family responsibilities, employment barriers, and more...all at the same time.

The Lebanon County Reentry Simulation gives participants the opportunity to experience some of these challenges firsthand and gain a better understanding of how community support can make a difference.

🔓 What does it really take to successfully return to the community after incarceration?

The Lebanon County Reentry Simulation offers participants an opportunity to experience some of the real-world barriers individuals may face as they work to rebuild their lives after involvement with the justice system.

Through this interactive experience, participants will navigate challenges related to employment, transportation, treatment, housing, finances, supervision requirements, family responsibilities, and accessing community resources.

The goal? To build understanding, reduce stigma, and strengthen the systems of support that make successful reentry possible.

Come walk with us as we remember, honor, support, and remind one another that we are not alone. 💜

This afternoon, the Lebanon Recovery Center and the Lebanon County Stronger Together He**in Task Force are bringing our community together for a Recovery Day event as we recognize the strength of people in recovery and remind everyone that help, support, and a new chapter are always possible.

Recovery happens in community. Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone you love, or simply want to learn more about local resources, we hope you’ll join us today!

We’re coming together to celebrate hope, healing, recovery, and community during National Recovery Month.

There will be DJ music, catered food, free haircuts, kids activities, raffle baskets, caricatures, vendors, resources, giveaways, and more.

💜 We Walk Together.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply show up—for ourselves, for someone we love, and for our community.

Join us for the ‘You Matter’ Su***de Prevention Walk on Saturday, September 26 at Lions Lake Park. This free event brings our community together to remember those we’ve lost, honor the people who are still here, and remind one another that no one has to walk through difficult times alone.

🌿 Before the walk, we’ll rededicate the Remembrance Garden in honor of its 10th anniversary and permanent relocation to Lions Lake.

🚶 Walk begins at 10 AM (registration starts at 9:30 AM)
🎨 Stay afterward for rock painting & reflection until noon
🧢 Walk registration includes a FREE hat while supplies last!
