Ilines service is restored 😊

9:23pm
We have replaced the faulty AC inverter/battery charger and removed one of the damaged batteries. Service should be restored. If you are still having issues, please reach out at 765-482-8881 option 5 or [email protected].

🔧 Upcoming Maintenance:
At a later date we will have to install a replacement battery for the damaged one. This will cause another outage, but we will schedule this for a maintenance window after 12am and send out prior notice to customers who have provided us with their email address. A notice will also be posted on the iLines.net website and a message will be recorded for our outage notice at 765-482-8881 option 1.

7:15pm
We have tracked the issue to a faulty AC inverter/battery charger. We have bypassed the inverter so it can be replaced. There will be another brief outage after we switch back from the main power to the inverter/backup battery. We should have this completed no later than 9pm.

Earlier:

We are experiencing a partial communication outage for the Advance Tower in Advance IN. Currently some customers to the east and south of the tower are offline as the Access Points on the tower for those directions is currently offline.
We are dispatching technicians to the tower and should be on-site by 6:30pm. We will update once we know more about what has caused the issue and with an ETA for service restoration.
