The Lebanon Police Department, Lebanon Fire Department, and Lebanon Recreation invite families to enjoy a free, fun-filled Halloween Funfest evening at Colburn Park, located across from 51 N. Park Street in Lebanon, NH, on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. In conjunction with the evening’s festivities, City-wide trick-or-treating hours will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

To help make the night memorable, the Lebanon Police Department will be handing out candy and glow sticks, the Lebanon Fire Department will be offering pizza and candy, and Lebanon Recreation will be offering plenty of additional fun activities for families to enjoy. Together, all three departments will be providing a fun-filled, festive, and safe Halloween night for all.

Halloween Funfest at Colburn Park will include:

β€’ Trunk or Treat
β€’ Carriage Rides around Colburn Park
β€’ Spooky Games, hosted by Lebanon Recreation and Youth in Action
β€’ Halloween Photo Booth!
β€’ Kids’ Costume Contest

As always, the safety of our community is a top priority. To help ensure a safe Halloween for everyone, here are a few safety tips to keep in mind:

β€’ While driving a vehicle on Halloween night, please drive slowly and be aware of children who may unexpectedly wander into the roadway.
β€’ Always inspect all candy and other treats before allowing your children to eat them.
β€’ Make sure to pack a flashlight or glow sticks to help with visibility in the dark.
β€’ Children should walk along the side of the road and avoid running into the street.
β€’ Only visit homes with exterior lights turned on, as these are the homes welcoming trick-or-treaters.
β€’ If you are not accompanying your children, make sure you know their planned route. It’s always best to join your children if possible.
β€’ The most important safety tip is to use common sense and follow your best judgment.

The Lebanon Police Department, Lebanon Fire Department, and Lebanon Recreation wishes everyone a safe and fun Halloween!
