The Club at Abe’s Garden in Lebanon provides a welcoming adult day program for individuals living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Guided by the Hearthstone Institute’s I’m Still Here® approach, we focus on each person’s unique strengths, interests, and abilities to create opportunities for connection, confidence, and joy.

Caregivers can also find peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving compassionate, individualized care while they take time for work, appointments, errands, or their own well-being.

Instead, focus on sharing the moment together. Talk about what you see, listen to their stories, look through photos, enjoy music, or simply chat about what’s happening around you. The goal isn’t to find the “right” answer — it’s to create an opportunity for connection and meaningful engagement.
