Unfortunately, Territorial Days scheduled for Saturday, September 26 has been canceled due to the weather forecast.
This was an incredibly difficult decision. While portions of the day may be dry, the forecasted rain and storms during critical setup and teardown periods make it impossible for us to safely and reasonably hold the event as planned.
We are incredibly grateful to all of our vendors, performers, volunteers, sponsors and community members who put so much time and effort into preparing for this year’s event. We know how disappointing this is, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding.
We also want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Vickie and Olivia will be stepping down from the Territorial Days Committee after this year. For Territorial Days to continue in 2027, a new committee will need to form and take over planning the event.
If you are interested in helping continue Territorial Days, please reach out as soon as possible. We have years of information, contacts, forms, schedules and other resources that we would be happy to pass along, and we want to make the transition as easy as possible for whoever takes it on.
Please help us spread the word about tomorrow’s cancellation, and thank you for supporting Territorial Days all these years.
