Did you know a tiny leak inside your home can waste thousands of gallons of water before you ever see a puddle?

As your local water authority, we are responsible for bringing clean, safe water to your property line. However, any plumbing issues, leaks, or hidden drips inside the home are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Because hidden leaks can quietly spike your water bill and cause expensive property damage, we want to make our customers aware of some incredible new technology available on the market: Smart Home Water Monitors.

Devices like LeakBot, Phyn, or Moen Flo are now widely available for homeowners to purchase online or at home improvement stores.

🛠️ How they help you:

Whole-Home Monitoring: Many of these smart devices simply clip onto your main internal water pipe—no professional plumbing or pipe-cutting required!

Instant Alerts: They monitor your plumbing 24/7 and send an alert straight to your smartphone the moment they detect an unusual, continuous flow of water.

Catch Hidden Leaks: They can find micro-leaks hidden behind walls, under floors, or in running toilets long before they cause catastrophic damage.

Check with your home insurance provider before buying! Many insurance companies now offer these exact smart leak detectors to their policyholders completely free of charge to help prevent water damage.

Protect your home and your wallet by looking into a smart leak detector today! 🏠💻
