Our annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Olathe Community Center, 1205 E. Kansas City Rd., Room B.

All homeowners should plan to attend the annual meeting or assign a proxy for quorum purpose.
To complete a proxy, you may:
* Choose to fill out the reverse side of this page. Please bring this page to the annual meeting, or give it to a neighbor or Director to bring.
* Visit https://bit.ly/HW2026proxy to electronically submit your proxy.
* The online proxy may also be accessed using the link above. A completed proxy simply transfers your voting rights to an attending homeowner and assists in establishing quorum. One vote per household.
