As one chapter closes, a new one begins! Kay is retired as of today and there are no words to explain what she has been to this agency…she has been the backbone of DCC for over 30 years and did child care for 13 years before that! Meal Pattern Reminder: Beans, peas and lentils may count toward the meat/ meat alternate or vegetable component, but not as both in the same meal.
