📢 Lenox 7-12 Community Update from Mr. Hayes: Teamwork, Postseason Athletics, & October Focus! 🐅
Hello Lenox families, students, staff, and community stakeholders!
As we begin another week, we’re proud to celebrate what makes Lenox special and share a few important updates from across our school community.
🤝 Strength in Teamwork & Supporting One Another
Being a Lenox Tiger means standing together through every challenge. True teamwork shines brightest during difficult moments, whether students are tackling a tough assignment, having a hard day, or supporting a classmate.
Let’s continue lifting each other up. You never know what someone may be carrying in their own life, so a little encouragement can go a long way.
🏐🏈🏃 Postseason Athletics & Tiger Pride
It’s a big week for Lenox athletics! Our football and volleyball teams begin postseason play, while our cross country runners continue representing Lenox during this important stretch of the season.
Our student-athletes and coaches have put in countless hours of hard work, grit, and preparation. Let’s pack the stands, cheer loudly, and show everyone what Lenox Tiger pride looks like!
🏫 Classroom Visits & Upcoming Conferences
Over the next week and a half leading up to Parent/Teacher Conferences, I will be spending additional time visiting 7th–12th grade classrooms and hallways.
As always, I look forward to seeing the excellent teaching, learning, and student engagement happening throughout our secondary building.
⭐ October Student of the Month Focus: Responsibility
Our staff is currently observing 7th–12th grade students to select our October Students of the Month. This month’s focus quality is Responsibility.
Responsibility looks like:
Taking ownership of schoolwork and meeting deadlines
Being accountable for choices and words
Taking pride in our school and helping when there is a need
Let’s see responsibility in action every day...in the classroom, in the hallways, and on the field, court, or course!
Thank you for your continued support of our students and school community! 🐅
