God's just keeps blessing and blessing, God allowed us to receive alot of really nice children clothes, shoes, and other things. Both boys and girls with all different sizes..... He is so good all the time. We normal dont take alot of children stuff because we mainly serve adult. The only children that come to the mission are families coming for our pantry. But a lady reached out in God appointed time and now we were able to be a blessing for a children's ministry in Calvert that was in need. There was also like 7 or 8 bags that i didi get in the picture. Also we are receiving a crib that turns into a bed for another lady.....🙏🙌✝️💙 i love when God moves because things get done and people get the help they need. God's timing is perfect 👌 🙌🙏✝️💙✨️⛪️ thank you Father in Jesus name 🙏 🙏 🙏

What a blessed and delicious lunch Mrs. Terri made for the Robert Myers Center today...... yum yum yum Pastor John got him some lol and about 30 others very very good mmmm mmm mmmmmmmm! Italian Brats , potato salad, brownies and chocolate chip cookies and tea 😆 😋 🍽🎉🎉🙏✝️🙌

What a big blessing one lady name Liz donated all this furniture and it got divided up between two homes that really need it. Me and my volunteer brother Jay got to be part of Gods blessing. Alot of hard work but big blessings getting to be a blessing to someone in need 🙌 🙏 ✨️ 💙✝️ thank you Jesus🙏🙌✝️

Praising God so much today🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌
One of our people accepted Salvation and God Grace through Jesus Christ our Lord. He has come out of the woods and enter rehab. He completed 60 days of rehab and is now in longterm recovery near Ocean City Maryland and has 127 days clean and sober🙌🙌🙌✝️. This Saturday God blessed me to be able to baptize him in the Ocean. Right behind the sand sculptures of Jesus Christ on the borad walk.....Thank you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏 🙌✝️✨️💙⛪️ All the Glory is yours Always 🙏🙌✝️✨️💙⛪️
I also have another praise of how God works all things for good to those who love Him. And how nothing is just coincidence but God's divine appointments and His will......🙏🙌✝️🙏🙌 with me not knowing at all. The hotel we stayed in over night. God put me His servant who He called to be a Pastor to the homeless and my family right next to a church that has a shelter for the homeless. What a blessing God is..... So me being me lol 🫡 , of course I went down hung out and got to know almost the whole shelter. 🙌🙌🙌 I got to pray on people and plant seeds of Salvation. I was able to give my testimony. And I let them know I would be back the next time I come back to O.C ...... I didn't take any photos of the people at the shelter. But I did take photos of the shelter and church from my room.....
God is so good all the time..... thank you Jesus 😊

Sending Big Thank You! ,to Jessica Titus Snyder and hubby Sgt. Timothy Snyder .for last several months when Jessica has prepared meals for Tims parents she had prepared numerous extra to help feed the homeless who come in the Robert Center looking for a meal! There's always a variety neatly packed in meal size container. This had truly been a blessing on the days we were very low or nothing to give out.Thank you so much for your continued kindness to the less fortunate!

Once again im here to request anyone who is led as individual, group etc to volunteer to prepare a meal for folks at our New Beginning Program.if not a full meal couple casseroles, soup, chili, lunch meats and fixin for sandwiches, frozen family size dinner ( 2) anything that you would like to bring if need be you can drop off early we can serve etc.
Serving approx 16, 20947 great Mills Rd. Lexington Park. Dinner is at 5pm .we can accept things we can freeze few days in advance. Any questions call Jean. 240 577 8279

As we prepare for The Mission’s Annual Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction this November, we are looking for a special person to join us as an inspirational speaker, and we’re hoping our community might help us find them.

We would love to hear from someone who has a powerful story of hope, resilience, and transformation — someone who found a path forward with the support of community, local organizations, faith, resources, or simply people who refused to give up on them.

We know there are incredible stories throughout our community and beyond that demonstrate why resources, relationships, compassion, and second chances matter.

At The Mission, we believe that circumstances do not define a person’s future. Sometimes having someone believe in you, walk alongside you, and connect you with the right resources can help change the direction of a life.

That is the kind of story we hope to share at this year’s Benefit Dinner. 💜
