🕯️ Today, on National POW/MIA Recognition Day, we pause to honor the brave Americans who became Prisoners of War, those who remain Missing in Action, and the families whose hope has endured through years of uncertainty.
The POW/MIA flag and the Empty Chair remind us that these heroes are not forgotten. They represent our nation’s enduring promise to remember their sacrifice, pursue every possible accounting, and stand with the families who continue to wait for answers.
As part of this remembrance, we invite you to listen to our original song, **“You Are Not Forgotten,”** created in tribute to our POWs, those still Missing in Action, and the families who continue to carry their memory and hope.
**Listen, download and share “You Are Not Forgotten” (AI Assisted Generation):**

The American Legion remains steadfast in its commitment to preserving their legacy, supporting those who served, and ensuring future generations understand the cost of freedom. Whether by attending a local remembrance ceremony, displaying the POW/MIA flag, or observing a moment of silence, each of us can help ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten.
Today, we remember. We honor. We remain committed to our promise.
**You Are Not Forgotten.**
