Awesome Club meeting to day at Kaiju, we had a lot of great speakers today! We heard from Representative Tom Millett, Candidate Elect Stuart Crismore For District 1 Commissioner, Representative Candidate Michelle Bianco For Montana, Citizens to Elect Ian Smith for Lincoln County Sheriff, Senatorial Candidate Steve Gunderson for State Senate, Mike Lee, Candidate for Commissioner (to replace Hammons) and
Last but certainly not least, our wonderful club President, Tony Wickham, also a Troy District Candidate for Commissioner.

Some of President Trump's notable accomplishments. What are we missing? 😃

1. Made certain acts of animal cruelty a federal felony. In 2019, Trump signed the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act, making certain intentional acts of extreme animal cruelty, including crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, and impaling animals, federal crimes punishable by fines and up to seven years in prison.

2. Signed bipartisan criminal justice reform.
The First Step Act (2018) expanded rehabilitation programs, changed certain federal sentencing rules, and created pathways for eligible incarcerated people to earn earlier release.

3. Invested in national parks and public lands.
He signed the Great American Outdoors Act (2020), which provided substantial funding for national park maintenance and established permanent funding for the Land and Water Conservation Fund.

4. Established the U.S. Space Force.
In 2019, Trump signed legislation establishing the Space Force as a new military branch, the first new U.S. armed service branch since 1947.

5. Signed the Laken Riley Act.
In January 2025, Trump signed legislation requiring federal detention of certain undocumented immigrants arrested for specified crimes, including certain theft-related offenses. The law expanded mandatory detention requirements.

6. Tightened border and immigration policies
His administration moved to restrict entry at the southern border, expand immigration enforcement, and increase detention and deportation efforts.

7. Promoted changes to food ingredients and nutrition policy. His administration's Make America Healthy Again initiative encouraged food manufacturers to phase out certain artificial dyes and promoted new federal nutrition priorities.

Why Montana MUST vote for Aaron Flint for US Congress. My official statement on Aaron Flint.

On November 3, Montanans in the First District face a clear choice, and Aaron Flint is the right man for the job.

Flint stands with law enforcement, from our local sheriff’s deputies to the U.S. Border Patrol. In Congress, he’ll fight to secure our borders and stop the flow of fentanyl into our state. Sam Forstag has taken the opposite approach, backing sanctuary policies and pushing to defund the police. That’s the wrong direction for Montana.

Women and girls deserve a fair shot on the field, and Flint will protect it by keeping biological males out of women’s sports. Forstag would let them compete, putting female athletes’ safety and opportunities at risk. Forstag also supports gender transition surgery for minors, a practice Flint will fight to end once and for all.

It’s no surprise Forstag has won endorsements from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders, leaders of the socialist left. Those aren’t Montana values.
Flint supports our military and will cut taxes for middle-class Montanans working hard to make ends meet. Forstag has argued for higher property taxes on those same families.
You may have heard claims that Flint backs AI data centers, handouts to billionaires, or healthcare cuts. They’re false, and they’ve been debunked.

Aaron Flint will put Montanans first and keep advancing President Trump’s America First agenda. Vote Flint on November 3.
