Last Friday, we joined local and federal partners at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport for a Federal Coordination Center (FCC) Full-Scale Exercise hosted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This exercise provided an opportunity for our local first responders and healthcare entities to collaborate with federal officials in a unique way. We hope that the efforts put forth on Friday will help us be better prepared as a community if an FCC ever needs to be established in Clay County!
