It was a great opportunity for us to interact with our community while at the same time provide some education on basic life saving skills. This weekend members of Lighthouse Point Fire Rescue competed in the Firefighter Combat Challenge hosted by the City of Deerfield Beach. The combat challenge has been called the toughest two minutes in sports and if you have ever seen the competition, you know why. Congratulations to Assistant Fire Chief Brett Lea and Driver Engineer Sabrina Albanese on a job well done and for representing Lighthouse Point Fire Rescue!
