🚔 TRAINING SPOTLIGHT: PREPARED TO PROTECT AND SERVE

At the Lighthouse Point Police Department, ongoing training is an essential part of keeping our officers and community safe.

Over the past month, our officers participated in comprehensive use-of-force training, including defensive tactics, TASER, PepperBall, and other less lethal technologies.

This training reinforces the skills, knowledge, and decision-making needed to safely manage challenging situations, de-escalate potential threats, and minimize the risk of injury to everyone involved.

By continually sharpening their skills and staying current with proven techniques, our officers remain prepared to respond professionally and effectively when our community needs them most.

We are proud of their dedication to training and their continued commitment to the safety of Lighthouse Point.
