Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Awareness Month is an opportunity to remind parents, caregivers, and families about the importance of safe sleep practices.

Help keep your baby safe by remembering the ABCs of Safe Sleep:

👶 A – Alone: Babies should sleep in their own sleep space, without pillows, blankets, toys, or other soft items.

💤 B – Back: Always place babies on their backs for every sleep, including naps and nighttime.

🛏️ C – Crib: Use a safety-approved crib, bassinet, or portable play yard with a firm, flat mattress and fitted sheet.
