Memorial Day is for the Americans who gave everything and never made it home. The empty seats at family tables. The folded flags in living rooms. The names etched into stone.
Today, we remember their sacrifice and honor their legacy.
From all of us at VFW Post 3606, may we never forget the true cost of freedom.
