In Corrections, mental health is part of the job—supporting those in our care and looking out for one another. It takes awareness, patience, and a willingness to step in when something doesn’t feel right.
This month, we recognize the importance of mental health resources, ongoing training, and a culture where it’s okay to speak up and seek support.
Because taking care of people includes taking care of ourselves.
