Visiting Hours
The Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) and the Diagnostic & Evaluation Center have been joined to form one facility, now called the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC).
While construction is ongoing at that site, inmate visitation will continue to be held on each side of the facility – the former DEC side and former LCC side.
In order to complete an online visitation reservation, you will need to know which side of the RTC the individual lives and fill out the appropriate form.
If you have questions, contact the facility directly.
NDCS utilizes a preregistration process for visitation in all facilities. All visits must be scheduled at least seven days in advance, using this web form. Four adults and a reasonable number of children are allowed at each visit.
If additional adults are attending the same visitation session, you need only complete one registration form. However, be sure to list the full names of all other visitors and include all of the necessary contact information (phone & email) for each person. Children of any age are permitted, when accompanied by at least one adult. Children’s names should also be included on the form.
All visitors must be on the preapproved visitation list.
