The historic Industrial Arts Building has been saved from total demolition due to the efforts of concerned citizens.

The Industrial Arts Building, built in 1913 as Agricultural Hall, is still standing after one hundred years! This historic and unique structure, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, enters into its second century facing a major renovation.

I know a ton of creative people who could make that happen!
