Here's my political platform on immigration. Abolish restrictive visas. Just issue visas for legal entry, make it easier to get those visas, and remove restrictions on employment for immigrants.

Then, abolish ICE and refocus CBP entirely on people smuggling and other forms of smuggling instead of harassing civilians.

Nebraska welcomes people from all over the world to live the Good Life!

The Liberal Party is founded upon the belief that individual liberty and economic freedom are inherent to all individuals regardless of their place of birth. In a truly liberal society, all people must be free to pursue happiness and prosperity for themselves and their loved ones wherever opportunities present themselves.

Free markets, free trade, and free people can only be achieved if it is accompanied by free movement of labor, free commerce between individuals, and the freedom to leave when opportunities are no longer available.

In an increasingly connected world, free migration, through cultural understanding and economic prosperity, will promote peace, economic growth, tolerance, and innovation.

Therefore, in the interest of economic prosperity and the hope of a more peaceful and innovative people, The Liberal Party supports and promotes policies that maximize free migration, free trade, and expanded federalism. We support any effort to bring about an end to the construct of nationalism and to promote a culture of individual liberty and harmony.

As per our platform plank and values, we continue to work toward a freer and more just immigration policy and vehemently oppose DHS and ICE overreach, human rights abuses, and Constitution violations. 🗽 🦬 🕊

This is a wild election season -- what are your thoughts on the US House and Senate races in Nebraska? Let us know in the comments below!

Our goal is to increase the number of choices that voters have so that everyone can be best represented. We advocate for electoral reforms such as removing the cap on the House of Reps that should have been done as per the Constitution in the early 1900s and proportional representation districts which would create a multiparty system.

We also advocate for Nebraska to keep its split electoral district (which was recommended by James Madison from the start), and we think that every other state should do the same as Nebraska and Maine to make the country relevant for presidential campaigns instead of just a few swing states.

This is disturbing:

At the Border Security Expo in Phoenix last week, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche told CBS News that naturalized Americans who "gained citizenship by fraud" should be worried.

Asked who the administration is targeting, Blanche answered: "We are not limiting ourselves to anybody in particular."

That should get our attention. Here’s some context:

Denaturalization is the legal process for revoking the U.S. citizenship of a naturalized American. It can only be done by a federal judge. For civil cases, the government must show "clear, convincing, and unequivocal evidence." There is no statute of limitations.

For most of modern U.S. history, this tool was used rarely. Between 1990 and 2017, the government filed about 11 cases a year, almost entirely against war criminals, terrorist funders, and human rights abusers.

A June 2025 DOJ memo changed that. It directed civil attorneys to "maximally pursue" denaturalization across ten broad new categories, including financial fraud and undisclosed criminal charges. On Friday, the DOJ filed 12 new cases at once. Officials said hundreds more are coming.

About 24.5 million Americans are naturalized citizens. They followed the legal pathway and took the oath. When the official answer to "who are you targeting" is "not limiting ourselves to anybody in particular," we need to pay attention to what will happen next.
