TEAM NICK!!!!
NDE was very happy with the work your hardware team did this past Monday while changing out a switch at NDE HQ during business hours which resulted in minimum downtime. Nick R. did a specular job for us. Nick prepared everything really well and staged the equipment beforehand to minimize the downtime. I believe it was through this effective planning and ex*****on of the switch replacement in coordination with NDE IT that he was able to minimize the outage duration and any inconvenience to NDE users. This is another great example to OCIO collaborating with your customers to deliver great service. Thank you Nick!

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the work Jason does for us. When we see that he has been assigned one of our tickets, we know it will be handled correctly and in a timely manner. His strong work ethic does not go unnoticed, and I wanted to share our thanks—especially since site support teams often don’t hear this enough from the people they help.

I call the HelpDesk often, and it is always a positive experience. The HelpDesk Coordinators are consistently pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable, and they truly deserve recognition. Melissa was especially kind and helpful—she troubleshot the issue with me without ever being condescending, helped me access Outlook via the web, and continued working on the app problem. She took the issue offline, kept in touch, and within about two hours I was able to access Outlook on my phone again and get back to work.
