Nebraska inspector general's report recommends NDCS to stop 'double bunking' in restrictive housing The inspector general for Nebraska's Department of Corrections issued a new report calling for a change to restrictive housing policies.

Another speaker today was Glenn Fine who has been a past IG for the Departments of Justice and Defense. He recently wrote a book called Watchdogs.
