Nebraska businesses, exciting news! NDOL is launching the Good Life, Great Skills initiative to help you build a stronger workforce. With $4.6 million in federal funding, this grant program supports employers training workers in high-demand sectors such as advanced manufacturing, the bioeconomy, industrial IT, and critical minerals production.

Eligible employers can receive up to $500,000 to train new or current staff. NDOL will reimburse up to 80% of your training costs. Grants are paid in two phases to help you support long-term employment.
