🌟 BIG SHOUT OUT! 🌟

We want to send a huge thank you to Erica Lee, Lincoln County Recycling Coordinator! 🎃♻️

Giving gently used Halloween costumes a "second life" was her idea - and she has gone above and beyond to help us make it happen! From contacting donation locations and picking up collection boxes to sorting and organizing costumes for our community, Erica has been a powerhouse behind the scenes.

We are so grateful for her collaboration, creativity, and dedication to keeping our community green and festive! Thank you, Erica! 👻✨

With cooler weather rolling in, we’re pressing pause on yoga for now—but our Run Meetups are still going strong! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Be on the lookout for pop-up wellness opportunities after our meetups featuring local partners and vendors. This Saturday, Oct. 3rd, we will have nutrition tips & treats from the YMCA.

🍎 October 17: No regular Run Meetup because we’ll be at the Apple Fest 5K! Come run or walk with us as we collaborate with our regular wellness partners for a fun morning of movement and community. https://runsignup.com/Race/NC/Lincolnton/AppleFestival
