We have activated our outdoor warning system. Technically we are not under a warning at this time but if the storm keeps its current strength and path it will be just northwest of Mount Vernon. With it being night time and it is difficult to see, so we are blowing the sirens as a precaution and asking you to seek shelter and listen to weather radio or local TV stations for further updates. Things can and may change fast. Stay safe everyone.

Well folks.....that was a day! Thousands of pancakes, 255 dozen eggs, 340 pounds of hashbrowns, 500 pounds of sausage, 9 pounds of coffee, 60 gallons of milk, 30 gallons of orange juice....the men and women of the Lisbon Fire Department and their families will sleep well tonight! Thank you for your support and we hope that those of you who came today left full and happy. 2026 was one for the books because of you! 🥞🍳☕️

Labor Day Pancake Breakfast is fast approaching. This year as part of our Breakfast we will be doing a "retro style" T-shirt design as part of our fundraising efforts. Pre-order by August 28th and you can pick up your order at City Hall window the morning of the breakfast. We will have a few for sale the day of along with a second chance to order. You can come to City Hall prior to the 28th or direct fb message us and we can get one ordered for you. Cash or check is accepted. We do have venmo option if you message us. Please like and share. All proceeds go to the Lisbon Fire Fighters Association. Thank you for supporting the Lisbon Fire Department.

Our communities will not be the same without this young man. He will certainly be missed by all of us. Our thoughts are with Adam's family and our close friends at MVFD.
