This week Chief Dejarnette and Sgt Bradford were hard at work enforcing the NO Truck Zone inside the city. Recently the city enacted a No truck zone city ordinance. There as been a increase in accidents involving commercial vehicles. We were able to reach out to the Georgia Department of Public Safety and had MCCD officers join us in the detail. Overall we were able to make the city safer by patrolling the streets.
Chief Dejarnette would like to thank MCCD for all the assistance and the department is looking forward to the partnership in the future.
