Fact: San Francisco's rent control cut the supply of rental housing by 15% and pushed citywide rents up 5.1%. 📊

Rent keeps climbing and paychecks don't because we don't build enough homes. The socialist plan is rent control everywhere, with government-built housing replacing the private market. That means the government sets your rent and decides when your leaky roof gets fixed.

What actually works? Cut the permitting delays and zoning rules that block new building. More homes is the only thing that has ever made housing cheaper.
