During our conference I stepped into the role of President of Arkansas APCO, and my heart is full. This isn’t a position I take lightly. It’s a responsibility built on the trust, mentorship, and encouragement of the people who have shaped me throughout my time in Arkansas 911. I’m deeply honored to serve our state’s public safety professionals, and I will do everything I can to lead with humility, intention, and respect for the work we do. To our Conference Committee, thank you. You poured yourselves into creating another unforgettable conference, and it showed in every detail. Your dedication, your late nights, your creativity, your teamwork… it all came together to lift our entire community.I’m grateful for you. I’m proud of you. And I’m humbled to walk into this next chapter with such an incredible team beside me.
