🇺🇸 Need to vote absentee in Pulaski County? Make your plan now!
I want everyone to have the information they need to participate in the November 3 election. Here’s how to get started:
✅ Check your eligibility. You may qualify if you will be unavoidably absent from your polling site on Election Day or cannot attend because of illness or physical disability. Other qualifying circumstances include residence in a licensed care facility, religious observance, and certain military or overseas situations.
✅ Request your ballot. Complete and sign an absentee ballot application and submit it to the Pulaski County Clerk. For an application or help, call 501-340-8336 (tel:501-340-8336) or email mailto:[email protected]. Applications may also be mailed or delivered to the Voter Registration Department at 401 W. Markham Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.
📅 Important deadlines for the November 3, 2026 election:
• Tuesday, October 27: Applications sent by mail, email, or fax must be received by the clerk.
• Friday, October 30, by 5 p.m.: Deadline for applications submitted in person and completed ballots returned by the voter or a designated bearer.
• Tuesday, November 3, by 7:30 p.m.: Completed ballots returned by mail must arrive at the clerk’s office. A postmark alone does not meet the deadline.
✅ Follow every instruction in your ballot packet. Complete and sign the voter statement, include the required identification, and use the provided envelopes correctly. A witness age 18 or older is required for some voters, including those applying because of unavoidable absence; exemptions apply.
Military and overseas voters, and voters needing an authorized agent because of medical circumstances, should contact the clerk for their specific procedures and deadlines. Completed ballots cannot be emailed or faxed.
