Stephens Families - We are hoping this only applies to middle and high school, but want you to be prepared just in case.

IMPORTANT BUS RIDER NOTICE

From Jonathan Patterson at First Student:

I wanted to provide advance notice regarding potential delays to several school-to-home routes this afternoon due to athletic transportation commitments.

The affected buses are expected to arrive at their respective schools no later than 4:35 PM to begin their school-to-home routes.

We will also utilize First View to communicate transportation updates and provide families with information regarding delays. Our goal is to ensure that schools and families receive timely and accurate information throughout the afternoon.

We will continue monitoring operations closely and communicate any changes or additional delays as they arise.

Thanks, Jonathan

🌟 FROM RESTORATIVE CONVERSATIONS TO FUTURE CEOs! 🌟

THIS. RIGHT. HERE. ❤️

What started as a restorative conversation with our AMAZING school counselor, Mrs. Shutes, has turned into a group of young men developing their very own entrepreneurship club at Stephens Elementary!

And when I say these young men are SERIOUS about their business… they are holding FaceTime meetings, collaborating after school, emailing business proposals, seeking feedback, and already planning how to grow their team! 👏🏽👏🏽

But what makes me even prouder? They’re not just learning how to lead a business. They’re learning how to lead through SERVICE! These young men have already stepped up to support classrooms, deliver resources, and help with our schoolwide initiatives.

A HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Shutes for seeing an opportunity where others might have only seen a challenge. ❤️ Thank you to Ms. Manning, Mr. Clayborn and Mr. Brown for pouring into these young men and helping turn their ideas into action!

Sometimes all it takes is ONE adult willing to listen, believe, and open a door. Look what happens when an entire team does it!

This is what it’s ALL about. We aren’t just building better students. We’re building leaders, problem-solvers, and future business owners!

And I cannot WAIT to see what these young CEOs do next! ⭐️

STEPHENS STARS DON’T JUST SHINE. THEY LEAD! ❤️💙
