“Let me know if you need anything” comes from a place of love. But in the postpartum season, knowing what you need and asking for help can feel like a lot.

Whether you live nearby or far away, there are so many ways to show up for a postpartum parent. 🤍

Sometimes, the little things mean the most:
✨ A care package with their favorite snacks
✨ A gift card for their favorite takeout
✨ Arranging a dog-walking service
✨ A voice note just to say, “I’m thinking of you”

What helped you feel supported postpartum? Share in the comments! Your experience might give someone else an idea for how to show up for a parent in their life. 🤍

Intrusive thoughts can be unsettling, especially during the perinatal period.

These unwanted thoughts, images, or “what if?” scenarios can show up without warning. Having a frightening thought doesn’t mean you want it to happen, and it doesn’t define you as a parent.

If thoughts become frequent, distressing, or interfere with daily life, support is available. You don’t have to navigate this alone. 🤍

There is no timeline for grief after pregnancy loss.

The first year can bring unexpected waves of sadness, anger, anxiety, hope, and everything in between. And healing doesn’t mean moving on. It means learning how to carry the loss as you move forward.

Our latest blog, written by Emily Guarnotta, PsyD, PMH-C, offers gentle guidance for navigating the first year after pregnancy loss — and reminders for the people and providers walking alongside loss families.

For anyone carrying a loss: you are not alone. 🤍

Today, our co-founder Liz Gray shared her story about why she climbs, reminding us of something we believe deeply: no one is meant to do this alone. 🤍

Climbing is about showing up. Taking action. Holding space. Making connections. And building a community where families feel seen, heard, and supported.

We’re so grateful for the providers and families who make this community what it is.

Providers looking to join us can find more information through the link in our bio.

And for families looking for maternal trauma-informed care, our free, searchable provider directory is also linked in our bio.

Because support matters. Connection matters. And none of us have to do this alone. 🤍
