Your Reasons to Eat With The Seasons 🍎🥦

You’ve probably heard that eating fruits and veggies that are in season is a good idea, especially if you grew up around farmers. BUT have you ever wondered why?

Here are two great reasons to fill your pantry with seasonal produce:

🍎 Freshness = More Flavor and Nutrients: Seasonal produce is often harvested closer to the time it’s sold, which means it can be fresher, more flavorful, and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. The same is true for fruits and vegetables grown in your own garden. Fresh from the garden to your table.

🥦 Support Your Local Farmers: Shopping for seasonal produce at your local farmers market is a great way to stock your pantry with fresh ingredients while supporting local farmers and their businesses.

Already eating in season? Share this with someone who might not know! Let's help our community thrive. ✨
