Thank you to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for calling out the corporate greed happening at United Healthcare! This makes it clear they would rather see their customers die than pay for their medical care because it means more money in their pockets. Another example of why we have to hold companies accountable in the courtroom!

Another day, another headline about an insurance company taking advantage of its customers. But this one is worse than most. It includes allegations that "United bribed nursing homes to delay hospitalizing patients who needed medical care."

Once again, a company is putting their illicit corporate greed over the well-being of its customers. It's past time we put a stop to this.

The Meta settlement reminds us of something that Arkansas already knew - kids benefit from limiting cell phone time. We passed Bell to Bell: No Cell in 2025. Now, the courts have stepped in to protect kids where the companies wouldn't.

Thank you to Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) for your work to hold Big Tech accountable! His STOP CSAM Act aims to crack down on abuse online by allowing victims to sue companies that host it. "I'm convinced that's about the only thing that's going to work here. You've got to give victims, and that includes parents, by the way. You've got to give them the right to get into court against these big tech companies," said Hawley.

We agree - the courtroom holds the accountability!

Recent headlines about the historic settlement with Meta have mostly talked about the dollar amounts. While that's significant, it's not the most important part. Along with the financial accountability, the settlement requires Meta to make reforms that will change how minors engage with social media. Our children will be safer because of this settlement.
