CALS Fletcher Library Central AR Library System has 15 branches serving Pulaski & Perry counties. Patrons have a wide selection of adult and children's books as well as CDs and DVDs.

Fletcher Library offers patrons much more than traditional library fare; the facility received recognition from the Arkansas Institute for Architects. The 13,500-square-feet library opened in 1996 and provides access to public meeting rooms and programs for all ages.

We wanted to let everyone know that Fletcher has trash pick-up kits available for checkout! If you're looking for volunteer hours, these are a great way to earn credit. Each kit includes a safety vest, trash bags, gloves, and a trash grabber, along with instructions for logging your hours with Keep Little Rock Beautiful.

The kits can be used anywhere there's litter 🗑

Fletcher has voter registration forms, and we don't want anyone getting left behind this year! 🏃‍♀️💨 If you need to register to vote or change your voter registration address, we got you! The deadlines to submit your ballots are September 28th if you're mailing them off and October 5th if you're hand-delivering them to the post office. Nothing after October 5th will be accepted!

We'll be happy to mail off voter registration forms free of charge at Fletcher as long as you have them to us by the 28th! We're also happy to check your voter registration status to see if you need to submit another application! ✌😁🇺🇸

We wanted to join in the chorus to honor and remember Dolly Parton, who's been the biggest champion of early childhood literacy. Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is still running strong, sending thousands of books every month to children from ages 0-5 (excellent ones, too), all free of charge!

We have a Pulaski County Imagination Library affiliate and we'd love it if more parents took advantage of this fantastic service that Dolly Parton offered. We're currently out of paper registration forms at Fletcher, but here's the link to the Pulaski County Imagination Library page where you can sign up online: https://pcaril.org/ Your child will receive a free book every month until kindergarten! How cool is that?!

The Imagination Library was Dolly Parton's greatest joy and we'd love to keep it going in her memory! 📚💗
