🌱 Good conversations. New connections. Stronger communities.

Some of the most meaningful moments at the 2nd Annual North Country Public Health Conference happened outside of the breakout sessions!

Our networking lunches gave attendees an opportunity to connect with colleagues, meet new faces, share ideas, and strengthen relationships with others working to improve health and well-being across the North Country.

These conversations and connections are such an important part of building a stronger, more collaborative public health community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their perspectives, and helped make these two days so special! 💚

We’re so excited to share that North Country Health Consortium has been selected as one of the Littleton Food Co-op’s 2027 Partners of the Month! 🎉💚

A huge thank you to everyone who voted for NCHC and helped make this possible! We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our North Country community and for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful initiative.

Mark your calendars for April 2027! Throughout the month, NCHC will receive round-up donations from Co-op shoppers. These funds will help us meet community needs that aren’t always covered by traditional grant funding, giving us the flexibility to say “yes” when it matters most.

Thank you to the Littleton Food Co-op for supporting local nonprofits and investing in the communities we all call home. We’re honored to be among so many wonderful organizations doing important work across the North Country! 💚

Strong teams need strong, supported supervisors. 💚

We’re excited to see another Coaching and Supervision training coming up through the NH AHEC Network and PHI—especially with NNH AHEC's own Laura Remick co-facilitating alongside Tory Jennison.

This is the kind of workforce development that has an impact well beyond the training itself. When supervisors have better tools for communicating, coaching, problem-solving, and building relationships with staff, those skills can help create healthier workplaces and stronger teams.

And previous participants agree: 92% reported feeling more empowered as supervisors after completing the training.
