2026 KVHA Clean Up Day

This year’s Community Clean Up Day was a success. We had 35 participants who got rid of larger items that regular trash pick up services will not haul away. Included in your annual membership fee of $50, residents are allowed one pick up load of refuse. This is a bargain compared to the cost of going to a landfill. Metal items were recycled by Michael Keckler. He donates the proceeds to an educational scholarship fund. This also saves us space in the dumpsters. We all benefit from his efforts.

Clean Up Day!
Saturday June 20th is our annual "dumpster day."
With your paid HOA annual dues, each resident is entitled to 1 truck bed of junk to get rid of.
We will have a metal recycler onsite.
We can accept yard waste, building materials, furniture and branches and general junk. No electronics, tires or hazardous/chemical items.
The dumpsters will arrive at 8am and when they are full, the event is over (first come first serve.)
Location: the top of the Iris Street hill. Vehicles may line up along the curb to wait your turn.
Hoa volunteers will be on hand to accept payment (cash, check, venmo), check you in, and help unload.
If you are available to help others unload, please stay for a bit and join us!

Hello Neighbors!
We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to remind you that our annual neighborhood garage sale is scheduled for next weekend, June 5th and 6th.

We will handle the advertising for you, so all you need to do is prepare your unwanted items for sale.

If you are planning to hold your own garage sale, there is a flyer in the works that will list all the participating homes. To get added to this list, please reach out to John Paul at 720-710-3506 or via email at [email protected] by this Thursday. Please provide you address and when and what you are selling.

We hope to see many neighbors participate as sellers and buyers. It's a wonderful way to connect with your community while giving your home a fresh start.
