Dolly Parton's family and representatives have informed us that the best way to honor her legacy is to support Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a free book-gifting program for children under age 5. It costs $31 per year per child to supply their monthly books. Any amount you want to contribute is welcome. Thank you for honoring Dolly Parton's legacy and her passion for early childhood literacy.

Send Checks to: Friends of the Library for Imagination Library, Genia Southall, 1486 Old Highway 13 South, Linden, TN 37096
Venmo to: -Library (don't forget the hyphen after Imagination)

Every donation is matched by the Governor's Early Literacy Foundation. All money raised locally is used to buy children's books for Perry County kids who are registered for the Imagination Library program.

Register your children under age 5 at either library or online at imaginationlibrary.com for the Imagination Library's free book-gifting program.
