🏡 PERRY COUNTY TAX FREEZE PROGRAM — IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
📢 If you are 65 or older, this is information you don't want to miss!
With the rising cost of living, every dollar matters. Groceries, utilities, insurance, and everyday expenses continue to put pressure on household budgets, especially for seniors living on a fixed income.
The Perry County Tax Freeze Program may help eligible homeowners by freezing the property taxes on their primary residence at the amount for the year they qualify.
❤️ This program is about helping our seniors, protecting their financial stability, and giving those who qualify a little more peace of mind when it comes to staying in their homes.
✅ You must be 65 or older by December 31, 2026.
✅ The 2025 household income limit is $63,470.
✅ The program applies to your primary residence, with a maximum of five acres.
✅ You must reapply every year to remain in the program.
📅 2026 applications are now being accepted!

⏰ Application deadline: April 5, 2027.
