🔁 Having trouble linking your Child Support Portal to OHID? 👉 Your Child Support Portal can only be linked to ONE OHID account.

If you’ve created multiple OHID accounts, the system may get confused — and so can you!
🚫 If you try to link a new OHID account, you might get stuck in a loop of error messages:

• One message says your portal isn’t linked yet.
• Another says it’s already linked — just not to the OHID account you’re using.

💡 Tip: If you’re not sure which OHID account is linked to your portal, contact us at 800-686-1556 for help before trying to link again. We’ll help you get back on track! Here’s a one-page guide to help you https://bit.ly/4pswv8R
